A true Southern California girl, Monica is passionate about her faith and enjoys helping people discover their purpose in life and career. She wrote her first spoken word piece in 2015 and her blog, “Positioned and Purposed,” followed shortly after that. Monica loves writing about and sharing her experiences in career, relationships, life, and love.

Wertz has a thriving career in human resources and is just getting started. Monica currently resides in Los Angeles, where she spends her days doing what she loves most—teaching others to be the very best they can be, laying out on the beaches of So. Cal while listening to old school hip-hop, or reading a Christopher Moore novel.
